I'm 68 years old and have engaged in various sports since childhood. Age takes its toll. This Stretch Partner has reignited flexibility in my muscles that hasn't been there for years! It's extremely easy to use, comfortable and fun. My 49 year old wife....(soon to be 68)....loves it too! We have it in our home "mini-gym" and it's become a real favorite. I purchased this product after using a similar product at a hotel fitness center. It was easy to assemble and has written instructions as well as a video on how to use it.
