The Stamina Space Mate Folding Stepper is a well made machine. I have read some reviews commenting they thought this machine is flimsy.
I disagree; it is well built with a sturdy steel frame. I have used this machine over the past two months 20 to 30 mins a day 5 days a week. This machine is built to last.
It gives me the same work out as those health club machines.
